1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KodMint Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Services

KodMint Technologies provides software development, UI/UX design, web development, and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement before work begins.

• All project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope and complexity.
• We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
• Services are provided on a project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• Client Work: Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom work created for the client are transferred to the client.
• Pre-existing IP: Any tools, frameworks, libraries, or code that existed prior to the project remains the property of KodMint Technologies or the respective license holders.
• Portfolio Rights: KodMint Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be defined in the project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins.
• All invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for work already completed.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals during the design and development process.
• Supply all necessary content, assets, and access credentials required for the project.
• Designate a single point of contact for project communication.
• Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

KodMint Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like which may be transmitted through our services by any third party.

7. Post-Launch Support

All projects include 30 days of complimentary post-launch support covering bug fixes and minor adjustments. After this period, ongoing support and maintenance are available under a separate agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
• All completed deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
• Any deposits paid for uncompleted work will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
